One of the well-known temples dedicated to Lord Muruga is the Thiruthani Murugan temple on the hill of Thiruthani. Arunagirinathar, a holy person, praised the slope and chose the location for love. Swamimalai, the fourth padai veedu, is located in the Thanjavur region. The local Murugan is referred to as "Thagapan Swami." One of the holiest sites is in Palani, where there is a shrine dedicated to Lord Murugan called Thandayuthapani.

In the Madurai district, Thirupparankunram is well-known for its ancient Lord Murugan temple and one of the padai veedu. Muruga Peruman's seaside temple in Tiruchendur is one of the arupadai veedu in the Tuticorin region. Pazhamudircholai, which is close to the temple town of Madurai, is referred to as the sixth manifestation of Lord Murugan arupadaiveedu.

  • Day 1  

    After arrival at Cochin Airport or Central Station. Travel to the hotel. Visit Swamimalai to see Swamimalai Murugan Temple after visiting Thiruthani Murugan Temple. Stay the night in Kumbakonam.

  • Day 2  

    After breakfast, go to Palani, see the Palanimalai Murugan Temple, and then go to Madurai. Stay the night in Madurai.

  • Day 3  

    Following breakfast, go to Madurai and spend the day at Thiruparankundram Murugan and Palamudircholai Temples. Stay the night in Tiruchendur.

  • Day 4  

    After breakfast, visit the Tiruchendur Murugan Temple. Drop off at Cochin/Madurai Railway Station or the airport.
